Order not delivered - Buffalo logistics making excuses it's been almost 3moths now!!! ****mers!!

I ordered in In February for almost R3000 and have not received my order. I keep getting excuses from Buffalo logistics saying that the driver that was supposed to deliver my order is still under investigation and they're refusing to refund me and the order is late by almost 3months now. I feel ****med.
