Order not delivered

I won't be ordering from SHEIN anymore. I've been waiting for my order from the 10th of June till today, the 3rd of July. I have made it clear to them that if they deliver it after today the 3rd of July, that order won't be of good use to me anymore...they just don't care. They are not willing to help in anyway... My order update on the app says its in polokwane, which is about 90km away from me. I've asked them to allow me to go and collect it since they are failing to deliver and they refused...IMILE LOGISTICS AND SHEIN ARE THE WORST!!!!
