Order failed to be delivered l

Good day Had a very bad and terrible experience regarding shein and their uncosistence and lies..I ordered my hair on the 02/12/24 the send me a payment link which is not working nor non-existence..Delivery fee-R780 witch I did try pay with no luck..order no-*** I've tried several times to make arrangements to pay the delivery fee but it kept on saying wrong link...More-over would love to come and collect my parcel where ever it was delivered once and for all.....I've always heared good and excellent news about shein but now I won't even refer someone to this company,it lack integrity,customer service is beyond poor..either want my refund or they should send me their directions and will go and collect
