NOT REFUND NO ANSWER *****S FROM SHEIN ONLINE STORE

I order my mother a pair of grey women clogs for mothers day on their site a size 40 should be a size 7 AND when we received the parcel the size was to small, which I return and still awaiting for a refund. When i checked my profile on Shein said the order was resolved, BUT no refund, and no body is responding of coming back to me. So basically Shein STOLE THE AMOUNT OF R300 from me. This is absolutely crazy that a online store does not have a representative in SA or a direct number for customer complaints. Never will I buy from this company again. ************* and *****s
