No refunds almost a month now

Bought items on the order number (GSH12M267000HDG) 26th of April 2025, of total R958.00, on the 28 April I paid my customs R250 from imile. On the 6th May I called imile to find out why the delay and my order was HIJACKED. Now im waiting for my refund, it's the 19th of May and there's nothing from shein,nothing from imile too, I haven't received my money back. I always get the same respond from shein email saying sorry for the inconvenience caused, but we will get to it. SAME EMAIL OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I will attach proof of payment. I want my money back SHEIN!!!!! it cannot take this long to refund someone.
