No refund from SHEIN

I purchased goods which were delivered by September 23, 2023 BUFZA***YQ and returned some items which were oversized by the 28th of September . I uploaded the Courier tracking number TCG***3 and sent it off up to now the 14th of November i still have not received my refund for the returned goods yet on the system it says it takes 5-14 days to refund my account. the system shows that goods have not been received yet i have the proof
