No refund from Shein

I asked for a refund from Shein since November 2022. I even opted for reshipment because they were delaying with my refund. They told me it's impossible since they have started with the refund process. Their refund process says it takes 7-14 business days for a customer to get a refund. I've been waiting since November 2022. I have sent them a DM on Instagram where they keep telling me that they have escalated the matter but nothing is happening. Now they asking me to contact them after 48 hours to check the progress. I'm so disappointed and don't think I'll ever buy from Shein again. As soon as they refund me, of which I doubt will happen, I'm canceling my account with them. The amount I need refunded is R2600.
