NO REFUND FROM 3rd Sep 2024 till May 2025 order: GSHNVD177000QR3

Good day,

the story is an over ending one, placed my order on the 3rd September 2024 and requested a refund on some of the items, according to SHEIN they have refunded me on the 16 September 2024, they send a proof of payment that is written in French/Spanish i am not sure, but the financial institute confirms that no transaction was made since September 2024 till now May 2025, The transaction of such is not reflecting on the bank statement.
