No order

I ordered my clothes last week till Saturday today they haven't delivered my order ,they don't even show my track order .it has been on processing the whole week ,this is my first experiencing this I trusted them with my money. I love their clothes but am so hurt and disappointed those who ordered after me git their order at this point I think there's favoritism
