Nightmare and impossible return

Return application done in September 2024 until now no pick up. Contact agent multiple time, case closed but not resolved. Shein and Buffalo logistic kept refer my followup to each other. It's a nightmare to return items to Shein. You must be prepared to accept damaged good if you want to order from Shein.
