Never recieved my goods ordered 😡😡😡

I bought clothes on their south african online store. It's a month after they said it would initially be delivered and I still haven't received it. They using Buffalo international logistics, it seems this is where the problem is, but their attitude is almost like it's the customers responsibility to make sure that their goods gets delivered and my job to try and follow up with this useless delivery company they decide to use to deliver.
