Never and never again

I experience the worst service from Shein I don't see myself ordering clothes from Shein they are great ****mers they said I will receive free delivery then following week I should pay customs to Buffalo Logistics then I pay Buffalo then they say I didnt pay.The worst part Shein lost my order number when I trace it. I hate Shein so much!!!
