Never again

I placed an order on Shein's website on December 7th, I received my parcel on January 10th. All my items arrived. The garments are of very poor quality, some of the tags have been stiched on the outside, you can see it was a rushed job. Some of the items are too small, not true to size, (order a size up). It was a very stressful experience waiting for my parcel, paying expensive taxes, dealing with Buffalo logistics, speaking to not helpful consultants from Buffalo but I'm glad my clothes actually arrived. It was my first and last time ordering from Shein, much less stress buying from Ackerman's. My advice rather communicate directly with Shein agents via email, rather than calling Buffalo logistics, I think that's how I actually received my parcel.
