My parcel not delivered

I am so disappointed in all this shein thing. I placed an order and my order was suppose to arrive 2 weeks ago. I have been contacting shein and the courier company to inquire about my parcel. I needed those things for a ceremony that happened a week ago. Now on the app it says it was delivered but I didn't receive my parcel. I need assistance asap. This is to much now...
