My daughter purchase...

My daughter purchased items to the value of R1'400 the courier company they use delivered the items but not to us, which means someone recieved the goods and not us, we've been in contact with the courier company and the driver and so does the company are ignoring us... I refuse to be a loser of R1400' s worth of items... They couriers they use needs to take responsibility for our goods. I need feedback regarding this as soon as possible... I am furious, we've been in contact with them all week and now all of a sudden the number I call on does not exist. Someone needs to reimburse my daughters money
