Missing items

Please I have been logging queries here that my order had missing items you keep on saying everything was in the order but I am telling you they were missing I don't know if you want to say now am lying or what. I have been ordering from shein for a very long time and I have never experienced this but now there's no solution given.

Tell me what must I do when you telling me that everything was on the package but I am telling you that I didn't receive everything, please stop saying I must check my package because I received 1 dirty box so how can I nit see things on the box
