Missing Item

my order GSHNL812900N34Q was delivered to my office on 22/04/2023 and I received it on 23/04/2024. I purchased 3 pairs of ankle boots (red, black and brown), only one red boot was delivered instead of a pair. My biggest challenge now is that this order does not appear on my profile and I can't get any assistance with this regard.

I really need these boots; may you please assist in getting my request resolved please.
