Missing item

I ordered 16 items including a plastic perfume refill bottle, the bottle is missing, when I make an enquiry I'm told there was no missing item from my box. When I checked with Buffalo Logistics the company which delivered the box the say they don't do the packing so they cannot be liable for a missing item.

I agree that is just a small bottle and is not expensive but is so sad that my enquiry is dismissed just like that.
