Lost package and no refund

I placed an order on Shein on the 2nd February and expected delivery date was 20 - 23 February. I had to pay for taxes to their courier partners Buffalo International logistics which sent me a msg to say that they they have lost my package. I haven't received anything from them and no refund yet
