**** ,lies about packages held by customs no refunds processed

Shein is not providing a refund even when they say the parcel was held by customs all duties and taxes are paid before.The package was shipped on 24 October 2025 but today on the 10th of November i have not received the parcel or an update on my refund. GSH14821X002WKM
