Its been over a month and still don't have ny clothes

So over a month ago i order clothes from SHEIN and they xaid it will here around from the 25 -28 June...then when it was not here around the 28 of June i send an email to ask were is my clothes...then a couple of day's later they send an email back to me that said sorry for the wait but i will receive me clothes...then i week went by and still nothing so i send an emaik again asking where is my clothes...Then they respond that the courier guy qas at my house but no one qas there so he left and my clothes will be send back to SHEIN..So i called them i said way didn't he phoned me to tell me my clothes were there at the house then thwy responded by saying mam no one delivered any clothes to your adress the courier ****..So then i qas like ok when do i get my clothes then...then i couple days went by and thwn came i email throw that said because off the level 4 lockdown restrictions they must send ny clothes back to OR THAMBO Airport and then they will deliver it to me again...Then a week later a got another email saying i must pay and extra R500 to get it delivered to me....it wasn't my fault even but i still must pay for it to get it to me....So i want my clothes or a refund...this is bull**** that its taking so long and i must pay and extra R500 to get it to me and i did pay for delivet when i ordered my clothes...I paid almost R3000 in total for all the clothes plus the delivery fee and now i must pay an extra R500 for something that is there fault....
