It's been 3 weeks of experiencing a delay after another

It's been 3 weeks of experiencing a delay after another.My tracking status is being left as it was 3weeks ago meaning the parcel which I payed for is also not taken serious.Shein might blame Buffalo for this but what are they also doing to make sure their customers receive their things.I am really not happy with this service and I see people are not doing their job there
