Imile delivery poor service

I'm highly disappointed with Shein, I ordered a bunch of clothes of an amount of R2300 after a week I received an email from Imile delivery instructing me that I should should pay an amount of R529 for customs. How exactly did they come up to that that specific amount for customs??
