I'm so disappointed with Shein

Oh I'm so disappointed, I ordered a tablet for my son, the tablet only worked a week after we got it and it just stopped coming on, I immediately returned it, the refund status on their app kept showing that they are still running checks they will refund once they done two months later the status says order closed while I never got my refund, reached out to their customer service and they telling me when they reviewed the package the item was not inside so I won't be getting my refund, that time the tablet was so expensive, I really lost shame no item and no money. I'm so disappointed I won't lie. If only I knew I was just gonna stay with the dead tablet.
