I’m fed up with Shein, since I return items on 31 January 2024 and I have not been refunded to date. I chose the wallet refund method which takes 1-5 working days, worse is I only get robot/ automated responses on the app when I reach out . Last they couldn’t locate my payment of which it was confirmed it is in their account until Ozow paid it back. I no longer want their items but my money
