I would not recommend ordering from Shein ZA

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Shein ZA, which uses Buffalo International Logistics for deliveries.

On 20/08/2025, I received a WhatsApp from Buffalo saying my parcel was out for delivery. I immediately rep****, requesting that my package BUFZA7NH20392XDYQ be delivered the following day to my work address (also updated on Shein’s website) and specifically asked for delivery before 16h00.

Despite this, the courier only arrived on 21/08 at 19h00 — three hours after I had already left work. Completely pointless!

Trying to get help is beyond frustrating. The Buffalo agents cut you off mid-conversation, their website only offers useless robot replies, and calling them is a waste of time — all they say is “it’s out for delivery” with no real solution. When you email customer service, the reply even comes back in Chinese.

Shein needs to take accountability for using such an unreliable courier. Between the poor delivery service and the lack of proper customer support, this was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I would not recommend ordering from Shein ZA until they improve their logistics and customer service.
