I will never buy from Shein again! No assistance from them!!!

I just ordered a package on the 7 th of September that apparently was delivered last week Friday as well as Sunday last week according to their system. That shows on my app. I received no package and tried their whatsup line that gave me no reply! I also phoned both numbers on their app and held on for 11 minutes each time, then I was transferred to voicemail and then I was told that there is no more space to leave a message and was cut off!!! I mailed a view fines and got confirmation that they received my mail in Chinese with no assistance!!!!!! There is no way contacting these people and I spent R1400 buying products! I will never buy from Shein again!!!
