I want my MONEY

I'm absolutely disgusted with your services..I placed an order on the 8th for R1600, money was deducted from my account. I get a message advising that my order was cancelled due to non payments..I communicated with a webchat agent and has advised to send through pop.. Proof of payment was sent but the response that I received was appalling and unprofessional.the agent advised that my payment was not received hence that is why my order was cancelled of which I do not understand because proof of payment was sent., they can't allocate my payments yet alone process my order ... SHEIN SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED IN SA... SUCH A **** IS UNACCEPTABLE
