I used to love shein, but now i will never order from them again

I used to love shein, but now i will never order from them again. My package is lost and i am getting absolutely NO assistance from them what so ever, i have asked multiple times toe speak to an agent, and they just keep sending me the exact same message. I have no idea where my package is, and if I'll ever receive it, and Shein has no concern, they just don't care. This has been a horrible experience. Me, my friends and Family will not shop on Shein again!.
