I need my parcel by Monday – I’m traveling Tuesday!

I placed a SHEIN order that’s being shipped by Speedaf, and it’s been stuck “in transit” for days with no real updates. I’ve contacted customer service via email and the chatbot, but no one has helped me escalate this.
