Horrible SHEIN customer service

I didn’t receive my order after it was delivered and I opened a ticket yesterday today the outcome is delivered and signed, SHEIN and the logistics company is ****ming me!!!!!! this is unacceptable 😒 logistics company IMiLE claims I signed for my order when it was delivered, I asked for the copy of the delivery confirmation document with my signature on it and SHEIN says there’s nothing they can do to assist me but how when I ordered with SHEIN ? SHEIN gave me the poorest customer experience I want my money, IMiLE is worse after paying 42% of my total order amount for customs & duty they lose my package and no explanation or accountability
