Horrible service

This Buffalo service is a complete waste of time, there is no service option to resolve issues, the drivers show up at impossible times, two weeks now and they still can't deliver while they promise specific delivery hours. The managers are not available. Countless staff member and none can assist. The support emails do not work. They don't allow collections so basically your parcel from Shein is stuck there until they feel like doing anything. Do not use them, they are not reliable. No service from Shein either, spend huge amount on items and no refund option. Do not buy on Shein, they supposed to use Dawn wing and not doing so.
