Horrible service

I have ordered items from Shein online store in February. I was asked to pay shipping tax of which I did and sent proof on their watsapp platform. I was promised that the parcel will be delivered in two weeks. Two weeks passed and I made follow up and got response that there is a delay. I’ve been sending emails and messages on watsapp and no response. Two months later I got a message from them saying my order has been cancelled and I must give them my account so they can transfer the money. In order for them to do that I need to verify my email, when I do that it keeps on saying I’m using the wrong email format. The very same email their sending me emails to. Shein is a ****
