Horrible experience

I have never in my life experienced such with shein. 11 days later and my order is still stuck somewhere with no update. The last time I got tracking updates was on the 4th of November. It is now the 12th and there’s no update at all . I called Asendia logistics and they don’t even know anything about my order number GSH14L***4U
