Hidden costs from Buffalo Logistics

Hidden costs... I placed an order for over R1600 and was told I qualify for free shipping but a week later I received a message from Buffalo logistics asking me to make an additional payment of R400 to their Nedbank account inorder to receive my parcel. I was immediately uneasy about this so I tried to track this buffalo company and after struggling with the watsapp number and landlines I eventually got through and I was told Shein made the transaction with them so I need to call shein and find out from them about the additional costs.

Shein service desk is manned by a computer so that was no help. I sent a message and Cindy responded with a pre typed mess6that I neede to arrange the return if the goods with Buffalo logistics. Once that has been done only then can they refund me...

I mean who is this Buffalo they refuse to talk to me as they are not my client. What should I do now to get my money back... I am so disappointed as people that order and get their delivery through Aramex have never complained of such.
