Haven’t received package since 25 Jan

Good day, please assist. I made an order on the 25th January and paid customs on the 7 feb, to this day I haven’t received my package, I contacted buffalo many times and I’ve been getting different stories, I got an sms saying that I the package will be delivered but it still hasn’t been. Today I called buffalo to track the package and I am told that the tracking number doesn’t belong to me and was delivered in January. But also not to me this is the tracking number BUFZA***YQ
