Shein is really disappointing. I've been getting damaged orders from them and when I reported it I'm being told "from their end there is nothing they can do". Is this company dealing with false advertising or what? My last order really hurt me deep cause the items were meant for my birthday. This morning I woke up to "Apologies for the inconvenience. Regarding your concern, we regret to inform you that we are unable to verify the issue with the items. As a result, we are unable to offer any compensation or process a return for a refund.
