funds frozen on the Shein platform

I joined Shein online parttime and I received an order for processing which had 4 items. the last time required over R60 000 which I did not have. I informed my mentor that the order was beyond what I had and I was a first timer. She said I must get the funds and complete the order otherwise I was going to forfeit the money I had utilised when I processed the first 3 orders. To date she is just concerned about the commission she was going to earn on the transaction. I have not received my money back. I sent emails to *** and there is no response
