********** online company - Shein

It's been more than 4 months since I orders things from Shein for over R500 . Ordered stuff wasn't delivered so requested a refund which I'm still waiting for . Ridiculous . Every time I email they say they sorry for the inconvenience and they have sent it to higher up officials. Still waiting . I cannot let the money go ..it's too much to let go .
