Fooled by pictures - SHEIN

I placed an order with Shein on the 12th August 2021 and expected delivery in two weeks. I paid the tax duties within 3days of the order and was told 2 weeks later the order was lost and they will repost it. Since I have been informed that they did not have everything in stock that I ordered and will refund me. I have received that package this week after a full month without the stock they didn't have and still awaiting a refund.

The clothing received is off extreme poor quality and trying to get in contact with Shein is impossible.

This is rather disappointing given I do most of my shopping online and never experienced such poor service and quality. Don't be fooled by the pictures and cheap prices - it is truly not worth it.
