I am deeply disappointed in the customer support. I qualified for the free shipping as advertised, but when they sent the update, their shipping company demanded an extra R600 shipping fee, there is no option to talk to an agent, you only talk to a robot with prescribed answers. The company tells you that if you dont pay the shipping you wont get your parcel which you have already paid for. Extremely bad service and false advertising
