Failed to deliver

I bough clothes from SHEIN on the 24th December 2023, even now they have not delivered, I called BUFFALO LOGISTICS many times, they saying my parcel is missing, but they refusing to refund me, every week when I call them, they telling me that they don't know where my parcel is, so my R650 went down the drain
