Exchange complaint

I have been trying to exchange or request a refund without any luck. It is impossible to get hold of them. There customer service number is incorrect. When I try to log into my account it says invalid credentials. When I go on the chatline, it doesn't matter how many times and in how many different ways I try to explain they just don't get it. I will never order from them again unless this problem is resolved.
