I tried contacting customer support but could not get hold of them. Eventually, after spending all day of Monday 08/05/23 calling and emailing them, I got a response. There were *****ulent actions on my bank account and she I called them to cancel the order, as I've been to the bank and the bank said I should call SHEIN myself. The bank couldn't help me reverse the payment, SHEIN doesn't want to cancel the order and refund me, nothing. 2payments R750 and R500 and no one to help me get my money back. Purchases that I did not even make.
