Don't trust shein

So I purchased my order from shein about almost 2 weeks ago and it was R1278 that was the first order it showed processing then shipped afew days later not at this point I still didn't get a conformation email only a online confirmation then I ordered again from shein and scanned thing no confirmation email and this order was R550 next thing it showed shipping/shipped when I woke up this morning to check the order in my account it wasn't there both of them wasn't there I contacted shein customer service and they couldn't help me they said I might be in the wrong account which wasn't the case eventhough I showed them proof of payment I contacted their insta,tried calling them but nothing it can be really frustrating becuase you already paid for it if they could atleast give a refund that would be fine
