DONT ORDER FROM THEM

I will never order from Shein again. I have paid my customs which means that the parcel had to of landed in South Africa for the customs request to come through. They are now claiming there is a flight delay which they only informed me about 5 days after I paid my customs tax. There is no one you can contact to resolve the issue other than the AI bot that is useless. Their choice of logistics companies are absolutely useless. I would not recommend as the likelihood or receiving your order is very low.
