DON'T ORDER FROM SHEIN

I ordered from them. Package came then I had to pay customs. Then Buffalo the courier company said it was delivered, but not so. I got into contact with Buffalo after 3 days of struggling. Only to tell me that my package got lost/******/hijacked. No one even informed me. So then they send me a letter (Buffalo) saying I must send to Shein to refund or to send goods again. Its been 2 weeks now I send Shein e-mails everyday. Still no one contacted me, so what does this mean? I have pay a hell of allot of money and did not receive nothing. Please if someone have some details or contacts for Shein, please send to me I really want my money back : (
