DO NOT SUPPORT

I received a glass frame which was broken. I returned the frame and was charged more than half the actual price for the item. Receiving it broken was not my fault, yet I paid the price. Furthermore, SHEIN utilizes Buffalo Logistics which is an extremely unreliable transportation company. SHEIN does not assist in any way when problems are experienced with their contracted transporter. I would rather pay double the price and receive 10 times the service from Takealot.
