If you're planing to order anything from this company to South Africa - Don't hold your breath.

My goods have been stuck at customs for two months. Their customer support is absolutely useless, only receive what seems like automated responses as they never assist in actually addressing my questions. This even after it was found that my goods were underdeclared and I now have to pay dubble the amount that my order was. If you don't know how to handle imports, I don't recommend ordering from them, you would have to do everything yourself as their Freight Forwarder 'Aramex' is just as useless, if not more.

I have wasted so much time and energy. I hope that posting this would prevent them from going through the same.
