DO not place an order

They cancelled my order after paying using electrinic tranfer via Ozow , now they are asking me to dispute with a bank and FNB is asking me to fill a form and saying they are going to charge me R325 for reversal .They are going to deduct that money even if the are not able to reverse

Ozow confirmed that a transaction was successfully paid but it seems like I am not getting my money back
